Wallop
There is a mention of Microsoft's blogging software "Wallop" here and here. The first I've heard of it.

I believe Wallop is a sample application for testing out ideas, proof of concept, etc. I don't know if it is an app that they are going to put out like an Outlook or something. It is a good question to ask Microsoft.
