Clueful licensing
Personally I think Six Apart have been pretty clueful in listening to their customers. The updated MT licensing seems to reflect most of the criticism I've read.

After the release of the first license, and the a**kicking they received afterward, I too am glad they revised it. I wish they'd get the attention for doing that they they did for the first license release.
That being said... blogs have tripped over the line from being a novelty piece of add-on software that is worth paying money for and is fun to become a piece of architecture as important as apache for most people. This is like a tipping point where all the sudden it has to be 'free' of encroaching license obligations.
