Apple MacBook - in Black and White
Apple launches the 13" Core Duo MacBook in black and white versions with a starting price of $1099. Only the high-end MacBook is available in black - and the price is an additional $200 for the - um - darker version.

actually, the 'high end' (2.0 GHz) MacBook is available in black AND white - however in a marketing move by Apple that can only be described as pure GREED the 80GB 2.0GHz BLACK MacBook costs $150 more than an identical 80GB 2.0MHZ WHITE MacBook - leading one to wonder if black iPods will soon cost $50 more than identical white iPods...
